Step Forward Communities is a non-profit organization that provides low income housing, health and social services, education, and development programs for low income families, seniors, and veterans.  We currently own and operate five apartment communities in California and Texas with state and federal regulatory agreements requiring social service programs, as well as provide 3rd party social services to other low-income properties.
