Fifty Oaks Apartments is a fifty unit affordable housing property located in Rockport, TX.  Development was completed using IRS section 42 housing tax credits in coordination with City Real Estate Advisors, Bonneville Multifamily Capitol, and Triton Community Development.  Construction was completed in June 2017 by Day Builders.  The property also has 100% HUD section 8 rental assistance.

3 months after construction was completed,  Hurricane Harvey made a direct hit on Rockport and all residential units were unlivable.  Residents returned at the beginning of 2019 to (again) newly rehabbed units.
