Battery Point Apartments is a 162 unit large family and senior property nestled between the beautiful redwood forest and bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean.  The property is named for the local lighthouse and point jutting into the ocean.  Battery point is financed with an Infill Infrastructure Grant from Housing and Community Development, California Housing Finance Agency, and federal and state tax credits.  Step Forward partnered with Synergy Community Development Corp. as a co-general partner and Royal Bank of Canada as our investor partner.
